Arabic Support in Kngine, and Why we don’t provide Arabic support until now?

Definitely, this is the most frequency question that I got from any Arabian person. So let me answer it:

Back to 2008 when we started Kngine, we decided to built it from the ground to be multilingual. This was very important decision that affected every aspect of the system architecture: From how we represent the knowledge and facts to how we search.

However there are three parts of the languages support:

1. User interface: This is the easy part and anyone can do it, but we delay it unit we finish the other important parts.
2. Information retrieval (Web Search): Kngine already support Arabic, and many other languages in Web Search, and you can compare it yourself:

3. Question Answering, and Semantic Search: As I said, we build Kngine from the ground up to support multilingual, unlike almost all of my competitors. But in meantime we delayed the work on Arabic and other languages to specific point (hopefully later this year) for the following reason:

While Kngine designed to support many languages but enable other language is not easy. So instead of waste our little resources, we decide to focus on English and make Kngine great in English then when we got more resources or reach the specific point in English support we can turn my focus to other language.
