Actually it’s took me long time to come here, but I still remember everything. Two years ago when I was walking with a friend, I told him: I ‘m about to start a new project that aims to make the machines smart enough to search and answer questions in natural language, he said you can’t do that, my friend know me, but he didn’t know me enough. He knows that I ‘m just yet another guy from poor country, but he didn’t know that I never give-up. After exactly 20 month for devoted work, Kngine beat all the competitors in official and non-official benchmarks and reviews.
But is not the end of story, I still have long road to go to fulfill my ultimate goal, which is build the world most advanced self-aware engine that helps the people find what they looking for, answer they questions instantly, be they personal assistant and they friend in difficult time. This is not the end of story also because IBM, Google, and Microsoft are preparing themselves. So it’s obvious that it’s just the beginning.
So today I ‘m going to make a public promise about something codenamed ‘Deep Thought’ that will be online late October or early November. Deep Though or the next generation of Kngine will be able to answer more sophisticated questions like the a few questions that New Scientist magazine mentioned, and much more. Let’s take examples:
While the original vision of Deep Thought has decrement due the lack of the computer power and storage, but all the questions that I mentioned will be answerable.
Two days ago I had a conversation with a another friend of mine, and when I told him about my plan, he told me how on earth you will do that, your competitors employ the brightest scientist and engineers and we still have years to answer such questions! My answer to him was ‘by faith, desire, and work’. So let’s wait and see…
