Kngine Computer Scientist / World-Class Engineer School

About week ago, we openned this position Software Engineer III - General @ Kngine. The Requirements are to be able to work at least 70 hours a week (about 12 hours a day), learning quickly, have strong mathematics, and coding in two languages one of them should be C#.

In this week we got over 50 persons who want to join in this position!

So what this position is all about and why we asking for at least 12 hours a day?

We are creating a team for special people who can afford to work this amount of time to: Study (60% of the time) and Work (40% of the time). This team will study Computer Sciences, Mathematics and Logic from scratch to grow as World-Class Engineers, Researcher then Computer Scientists.

But of course this position will be tough, and it’s only for who can afford it and who are badly want to be part of Kngine and badly want to be World-Class Engineer and Scientist.

Why?

Honestly I don’t like the engineering quality in Egypt, as for small example: The average CS student in India reads 4 to 6 books per semester aside his university books (so s/he at least reads 30 books aside the university books in four years school). The Doctors/Teachers quality is need more some work. Also Egyptian student do not work in open source project which big thing.

So I decided to take an action to help a few people in way that also helps Kngine.
